Prakash Mohandas Joins as Managing Director - Insights and Intelligence
Plano, TX—November 4, 2024 – Repair OnDemand is excited to announce the appointment of Prakash Mohandas as Managing Director—Insights and Intelligence. Prakash, who officially assumed his new responsibilities on November 1, 2024, will be instrumental in shaping the company’s data strategy to uncover actionable insights that drive enhanced value for customers.
In his role, Prakash will be tasked with aggregating, cleansing, and analyzing Repair OnDemand’s extensive data resources to create meaningful insights that will empower our customers and elevate their businesses. This work will help streamline the auto recon industry, enabling businesses to optimize workflows, reduce turnaround times, and ultimately increase profitability.

Prakash brings extensive experience in data-driven strategy and AI, with a distinguished background in product and AI initiatives. Before joining Repair OnDemand, he led cross-product initiatives at Rex, where he implemented AI-based solutions for real estate operations, including payments, insurance, and task routing.
His tenure at Cox Automotive saw him spearheading product development for vAuto’s core used car inventory management platform. With a graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Texas at Austin, Prakash is well-prepared to lead Repair OnDemand’s data transformation journey.
